History:
Tolko Industries Ltd. is a private, family-owned
Company whose primary business is the marketing and manufacturing
of specialty forest products. Founded in 1961, the Company
was originally incorporated as Lavington Planer Mill Ltd.
Today, Tolko has expanded to manufacturing
divisions in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba
with the corporate office located in Vernon, British Columbia.
The foundation of our company and an essential
ingredient to our continued growth is a respect for the forest

basic need of clean air, but forests also serve as a source
for shelter, diverse vegetation and habitat, recreation, spiritual
significance and industrial resources.
